Regulatory and Credit Risk Officer

About the role

The Regulatory and Credit Risk Officer at Citi will provide strategic risk analysis, regulatory guidance and credit oversight across the bank’s product portfolio in Bogota.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regulatory implications to executive management and develop response strategies for Basel, U.S. Fed, Treasury, FDIC and local authorities.
• Provide risk analytics, data‑quality monitoring and project management support for regulatory solutions such as stress tests and CCAR.
• Perform business and data analysis to answer regulatory questions, monitor data completeness and assess risk for business decisions.
• Escalate and resolve franchise‑level risk issues, support RMCO and ensure risk oversight across legal vehicles and subsidiaries.
• Produce credit and exposure analyses, review and approve credit processes at the franchise level in line with corporate policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of relevant risk, credit or regulatory experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work collaboratively at all organizational levels.
• Advanced analytical, project management and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, banking and capital‑markets products.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
