About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to assist clients with reservation inquiries, options, confirmations, and ongoing service needs. The role demands strong communication, attention to detail, and a professional client experience, all while working remotely. You will be the primary point of contact ensuring seamless booking experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests.
• Gather client preferences and research available options.
• Assist with reservations, confirmations, and special requests.
• Review reservation details and documentation.
• Assist with changes and special requests.
• Provide accurate information and timely updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and communicate with service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and online platforms.
• Ability to research and organize information.
• Strong follow‑up skills.
• Reliable, professional and able to follow up effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality or related fields is helpful but not required.
