Remote Inbound Sales Representative

About the role
As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out to Meadow. You will guide them with clarity and compassion, helping them make confident cremation decisions through warm, inbound conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Own warm inbound leads from the first call through to close, following Meadow’s consultative playbook.
- Explain cremation options clearly, aiming to help families decide in a single conversation when possible.
- Maintain a disciplined follow‑up rhythm across phone, text and email to ensure no family falls through the cracks.
- Achieve revenue targets while maintaining high close rates and quality scores.
- Use the company tech stack – HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack and the case‑management system – on a daily basis.
Required profile
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience.
- Strong written and spoken English with an empathetic, clear communication style.
- Self‑driven, emotionally steady and highly coachable.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a consistent follow‑up cadence.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- A reliable home office setup that meets the company’s tech requirements.

What we offer
- Remote, full‑time position.
- Compensation ranging from $6 to $14 per hour OTE, with a base rate plus performance‑based bonuses.
