Remote Project Manager

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, including large enterprises and innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to scope.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
