Remote Project Manager (Technology Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a portfolio of clients, ranging from large enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress across multiple technology projects.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities.
