Remote Real Estate Operations Assistant

About the role

Amen Real Estate, a fast-growing residential real estate team of 50 agents in Northern California, is hiring a fully remote Operations Assistant based in Colombia. The role supports the operations team, both the remote team in Colombia and the in-office team in California, taking routine tasks off their plates so they can focus on bigger projects. It is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.

Key responsibilities

• Transaction listing support: create open house flyers from templates, update listing and lead statuses across platforms, and handle data entry and file organization
• AI automation: use AI tools daily to speed up work, identify repetitive tasks, help build and test workflows in ClickUp, Follow Up Boss and HighLevel, document new processes in SOPs and Loom walkthroughs, stay current on AI tools and recommend time-saving ones
• Admin support: update daily meeting sheets and scorecards, update agent profiles on the website, inbox support and follow-up reminders, and prepare slides and materials for team meetings
• Content support: basic video editing for Reels and short clips, and simple graphics in Canva using templates

Required profile

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Admin, virtual assistant or real estate support experience (US real estate a plus)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and genuine curiosity about automation
• Detail-oriented and reliable, able to finish assigned work on time without reminders
• Comfortable supporting several team members at once, prioritizing requests and asking questions when something is unclear
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace

Required skills

• Google Workspace
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Zapier, Canva, Claude and ChatGPT is a bonus

What we offer
