About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead the dining operations at Four Seasons Cartagena, ensuring guests receive exceptional, innovative experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards. This role combines service excellence with strategic oversight of the restaurant’s financial and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain service sequence and standards throughout service periods.
- Monitor food pass times, ensuring seamless communication between service staff and kitchen.
- Act as primary point of contact for guests, handling complaints and problem resolution.
- Create staff schedules, assign shifts, and oversee daily briefings and training.
- Control inventory levels and manage ordering processes.
- Develop and execute marketing, sales, and online visibility strategies.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Design premium cocktail, wine, and pairing menus.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines, promoting a culture of cleanliness.
Required profile
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑end restaurant service, with at least 10 years of overall hospitality experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong leadership and guest‑focused mindset aligned with Four Seasons philosophy.
