Revenue Management Team Lead

About the role

Quibble is a revenue‑management platform for short‑term rental property managers that uses discrete‑choice optimization to model full price‑to‑revenue curves. We are looking for a Manager of Revenue Management to lead our team of revenue managers, own key client relationships, and set the standard for pricing, diagnosis, and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of revenue managers through weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, and career growth plans.
• Set portfolio assignments, balance workload, and define service standards across client accounts.
• Build and maintain playbooks for onboarding, under‑performer diagnosis, event pricing, and client reporting.
• Review pricing decisions for quality and consistency, and hire/onboard new managers as the team grows.
• Act as senior point of contact for key client accounts, leading strategic calls, quarterly business reviews, and escalations.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and ensure commitments are tracked to completion.
• Monitor portfolio health (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pace) and diagnose under‑performance causes.
• Partner with product and engineering to turn field insights into platform improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in revenue management (STR, vacation rental, hotel, or airline).
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring analysts or revenue managers.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to explain and defend pricing strategies using data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organized, and accountable.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• SQL or business‑intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Understanding of demand forecasting, pricing elasticity, booking pace, and length‑of‑stay strategy.
