About the role
Join a U.S. commercial real estate team as a leasing specialist, working remotely from Colombia. You will independently manage commercial leases from Letter of Intent through negotiation, execution and ongoing administration.
Key responsibilities
- Review, analyze, redline and negotiate leases, LOIs, amendments and renewals.
- Coordinate tenants, brokers, attorneys, owners and cross‑functional teams.
- Track lease obligations, critical dates, approvals and signatures.
- Interpret NNN, gross and modified gross leases and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Five or more years in commercial lease administration or commercial property management.
- Professional experience with U.S. commercial real estate and leasing practices.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Yardi or similar lease/property‑management software.
- DocuSign for electronic signatures.
