RI Project Manager – Healthcare IT Projects

About the role

The RI Project Manager will lead healthcare IT implementation projects from initiation through go-live, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clinical, technical and commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into successful technology deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor end-to-end implementation projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts such as plans, risk registers, communication plans and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, clinical, service and operational stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and change requests.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees and stakeholder reviews.
• Support scoping, effort estimation and deployment strategy activities.
• Oversee solution integration, testing, training and go-live activities to ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement after implementation.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience leading healthcare IT implementation projects, preferably with software or clinical systems.
• Familiarity with EMR, RIS or PACS platforms and digital health solutions.
• Strong project management knowledge including governance, risk, budgeting and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Advanced English communication skills.
