Rooms & Public Areas Attendant

About the role

As a Rooms & Public Areas Attendant you will play a key part in delivering the exceptional hospitality experience Hilton is known for. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help create memorable stays for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep‑cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replenish linens, towels and guest amenities, ensuring rooms are fully stocked.
• Stock, maintain and transport the housekeeping supply cart each shift.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas following hotel procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related cleaning role.
• Ability to meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Physical capability to lift, bend and stand for long periods.
• Professional, courteous interaction with guests.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Basic English communication skills.
