Sales & Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

About the role

SportStars, part of Community Sports Partners, is a fast-growing multi-sport organization offering youth programming. It is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Sales & Customer Service Representative to work remotely, driving enrollment growth and supporting families in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails and follow-ups, and turn inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues and programs
• Generate new leads, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and track interactions in CRM systems
• Build rapport with parents and guardians, understand their needs and recommend the best-fit programs
• Present program offerings, overcome objections and close enrollments while meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish so families feel supported and informed
• Work with operations and program teams and share customer insights and feedback

Required profile

• Strong competitive drive and comfort with lead generation and outreach
• Sales instincts or experience selling camp spots, sports programs or fundraising
• Ability to build rapport with families and speak clearly with adults and children
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Team player who can also work independently

Candidates must complete two short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before or after applying: a Culture Index survey and a Skills game assessment; applications with both completed are reviewed first.
