Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are an early-stage company partnering with established D2C and consumer brands. We are hiring our first Sales Development Representative to own high-volume customer outreach and help build the outreach playbook from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Run 100+ customer conversations per day via text messaging.
• Convert abandoned carts and stalled conversations into closed sales.
• Build and continuously iterate the messaging playbook.
• A/B test openers, objection handling, and closing approaches.
• Own conversion metrics and report on performance.
• Train and lead new agents as the team scales.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or high-volume customer-facing sales with a proven top-performer record.
• Exceptionally charismatic writing style that feels conversational.
• Fast typing (70+ wpm) and the ability to juggle 30+ live conversations.
• Comfortable using modern messaging tools and iterating quickly.
• Hungry, coachable, and competitive mindset.
• Willingness to mention unicorns in your resume or application.
