Sales Director – Andean Region

About the role

Henkel is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive the Andean business across Colombia and Peru. Based in Bogotá, you will influence performance in two key markets while developing high‑performing teams and long‑term customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and execution for Colombia and Peru, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
• Deliver sales, profitability and market‑share targets for the Andean Cluster.
• Build, develop and inspire a sales organization of roughly 39 employees, coaching three senior sales leaders.
• Drive commercial excellence through planning, forecasting, performance monitoring and customer‑engagement strategies.
• Lead strategic negotiations with key customers and retail partners, and ensure effective pricing and commercial policy implementation.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop action plans and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field; MBA a plus.
• Extensive commercial leadership experience in FMCG, with proven success managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Strong experience in both Colombia and Peru, including key‑account management and business development.
• Strategic mindset, excellent execution capabilities and experience leading organizational transformation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with willingness to travel regularly across both countries.
