Salesforce Developer (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Keyrus, an international group of 3,000 experts across 30 countries focused on building the data foundations for intelligent systems, is hiring a Salesforce Developer for Colombia, working remotely. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that improve business workflows, support automation and enhance platform functionality, working with clients and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flow.
• Design and implement automated workflows and business processes within Salesforce.
• Perform administration tasks such as configurations, permissions, objects, fields and validation rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to turn their requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize existing functionality and support platform improvements.
• Support Salesforce CPQ configurations and quoting processes when required.
• Work with technical teams on quality, testing and implementation, and document configurations and customizations.

Required profile

• 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and platform administration.
• Hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC and Flow, and administering objects, fields, permissions and business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and to collaborate with technical and business teams.

Required skills

• Salesforce Apex development, including classes, triggers and custom business logic.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and customization.
• Salesforce Flow for automation and workflow management.
• Salesforce administration, security, permissions and configurations.
• Debugging, testing and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
• Nice to have: Salesforce CPQ experience, knowledge of Certinia, and familiarity with Accounts Payable and financial workflows.
