Salesforce System Administrator (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Salesforce System Administrator. The role ensures the optimal performance and security of the Salesforce environment and acts as the main point of contact for platform configuration, automation and user management.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement complex automation workflows using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access and system security by overseeing profiles, permission sets and organizational sharing rules.
• Oversee data integrity and management practices, including regular audits and cleanup activities.
• Support and maintain system integrations so data flows seamlessly between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders to maximize user adoption.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in platform administration, configuration and user management.
• Strong background in managing profiles, permissions and data security.
• Hands-on experience with data management and system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
