Salesforce Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce

About the role

NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is hiring a Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce for a remote position based in Colombia. You will build Agentforce-powered experiences for users and deliver business value to clients, leading technical solution design across Agentforce, Data 360 and the broader Salesforce platform, and guiding delivery teams from design through deployment. You will also work with the AI team and engage directly with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full technical solution design, including agent topics, instructions, actions with automation or code, deployment methods and data structures
• Translate business needs into well-architected solutions with customers, project managers, architects, developers and designers
• Oversee the project lifecycle from design through development, testing and deployment
• Design scalable, secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution and real-time data activation
• Set best practices for ingesting data at scale and define grounding strategies for agents using unstructured DMOs, retrievers and search indexes
• Define integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems
• Mentor developers through design and code reviews, set standards for Apex, LWC and Agentforce, and define testing and evaluation approaches including guardrails and Einstein Trust Layer
• Build reusable assets, follow new product features across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude and other platforms, and use AI tools to speed delivery
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events, and hold a valid passport while employed

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience in a development or technical architecture role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience developing Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning Web Components or Visualforce
• Experience designing Agentforce agents, workflows and automations, and solutions on Salesforce Data 360
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs
• Knowledge of front-end web development (HTML/CSS) and experience with source control, branching/pull request strategies, CI/CD and DevOps principles
• Strong communication skills with developers and customer executives

Required skills

• Apex and JavaScript
• Salesforce certifications (maintained)
• Preferred: Agentic AI and generative AI experience, Data 360 (DMOs, retrievers, RAG, identity resolution), Agentforce Agent Script, and certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant or System Architect
• Preferred: consulting experience, other Salesforce clouds, Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Claude Code
