SAP ABAP Fiori Developer

About the role

Amrize is seeking a senior SAP Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance SAP applications. You will work across the entire technology stack, from ABAP backend logic to modern SAP Fiori/UI5 user interfaces, supporting the digital transformation of our IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP and SAPUI5, following security policies and Fiori design best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Lead design discussions with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are flexible and scalable.
• Oversee technical configurations and review/approve functional design documents.
• Sketch complex designs, provide effort estimations, and create comprehensive technical documentation.
• Identify, debug, and resolve issues in existing SAP Fiori applications to optimize performance.
• Integrate SAP Fiori apps with backend systems such as SAP ECC/S/4HANA and SAP Gateway.
• Support testing, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance across all development environments.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in application design, development, integration and support.
• At least 10 years of ABAP experience (ABAP Objects, WebDynpro, SAP Forms, Workflow, ALE/IDOC, BADI).
• 5 + years of SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 development and deployment.
• English proficiency at B2+ / C1 level.
