SAP L2 Logistics Support Analyst

About the role

Inchcape is looking for an SAP L2 Logistics Support Analyst to provide second-level functional support for SAP Logistics solutions, including MM, SD, VMS, DBM, EWM and related business processes. The role covers incident resolution, problem management, process improvement, documentation and collaboration with project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 functional support for SAP Logistics modules, including MM, SD, EWM, VMS and related processes.
• Analyze and resolve medium- and high-complexity incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis and drive problem management initiatives to improve system stability.
• Recommend and support continuous improvements to SAP business processes and operational procedures.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles and training materials for end users and support teams.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements, custom developments, reports and data processing solutions.
• Execute functional testing and support user acceptance testing when required.
• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of new solutions into support after go-live.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• SAP Logistics certification is desirable.
• Proven experience supporting and delivering SAP Logistics solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience working within SLA-driven support environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics modules: MM, SD, EWM, VMS and related processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex business and system issues.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, technical teams and project stakeholders.
