Scrum Master

About the role

Luker Chocolate is looking for a Scrum Master in Bogotá to help its agile teams work better, deliver more value and embed agile practices in daily operations. The role sits within the Culture team, reports to the Agile Coach and works closely with strategic project teams and the Innovation Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Coach agile teams on strategic projects and functional areas in the day-to-day application of Scrum.
• Give feedback to team leaders and members to strengthen agile practices.
• Report on team maturity and how agile practices contribute to project results.
• Act as the go-to expert on agile methodologies and keep frameworks, guides and templates up to date.
• Over time, support teams in other methodologies related to the innovation process.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years coaching Scrum teams as Scrum Master.
• Scrum certification.
• Bilingual Spanish-English; only bilingual candidates will be considered.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Product Ownership or Project Management is a plus.
• Strong facilitation and team-building skills, and comfort with difficult conversations.
