About the role

As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert – Export you will coordinate export shipments, manage carrier relationships and ensure smooth execution of logistics operations for a global freight forwarding leader.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage booking requests for export shipments, ensuring timely processing and follow‑up with shipping lines.
• Maintain communication with carriers to confirm bookings, monitor container availability and manage customer allocations.
• Provide operational support to customers, delivering end‑to‑end shipment follow‑up and status updates.
• Monitor export operations to identify issues, process deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in carrier meetings to review performance, address service challenges and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• A degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sea logistics or freight forwarding, preferably in export processes.
• Experience managing bookings and coordinating directly with shipping lines.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ASP operational tools.
• Knowledge of NEXUS (considered a plus).
