About the role

Give Me Service SAS is a specialized SEO firm with over 26 years of experience helping established service companies grow through organic search visibility. It positions professional services, medical clinics and specialists at the top of Google to attract clients with real purchase intent. This is a full-time, on-site role in Medellín for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed keyword research and SEO audits to find growth opportunities for client websites and service pages.
• Optimize on-page elements and improve site structure.
• Collaborate with content and technical teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Manage link-building initiatives and monitor rankings and traffic through web analytics tools.
• Prepare clear performance reports and insights for clients.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO campaigns for service-based businesses or professional practices; international SEO experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Medellín, collaborate within a team and manage several client projects at once.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and a data-driven approach.

Required skills

• Keyword research and on-page SEO.

• Link building and outreach.
• Web analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Technical SEO basics: site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexation and crawlability.
