Semi senior Bilingual Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a semi‑senior bilingual Project Manager to lead small‑to‑medium customer projects within Capgemini Engineering. You will coordinate schedules, resources and ensure successful delivery across multiple business or technology areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage small to medium‑size projects, handling scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and communications.
• Lead project teams, coordinating resources and tracking progress using JIRA or similar tools.
• Apply basic knowledge of routing, switching, internet and network architecture to support delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, aligning expectations and reporting status.
• Identify, escalate and resolve issues in collaboration with engineering and business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in a technical or services environment.
• Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum/SAFe are advantageous.

Required skills

• Project management tools: JIRA, Smartsheet, Rally or similar.
• MS Office Suite.
• Fundamental knowledge of routing, switching, internet and network architecture.
