Senior Account Operations Specialist

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior Account Operations Specialist to support key accounts within the Media and Entertainment portfolio. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality account operations services and optimizing financial and workflow processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts end‑to‑end from a financial perspective, including SOW tracking, legal approvals, and contract management.
• Track account business results, prepare monthly P&L reports, perform cost‑benefit analyses and collaborate with CP & FP&A on improvement plans.
• Maximize business procedure efficiency, monitor burn‑down reports, issue COs to avoid revenue leakage and provide margin‑improvement recommendations.
• Prepare project P&L simulations for new projects and adjust resource plans in cooperation with CP, DM & BPS.
• Provide daily support to the Account Leadership Team, communicate with customer procurement, participate in stakeholder meetings and drive issue management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist or similar role.
• Strong ability to organize operations activities, take ownership of processes and handle escalations.
• Proactive, results‑oriented communication and leadership skills.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.

Required skills

• Knowledge of operations management and forecasting models.
• Familiarity with EPAM tools, especially CRM or similar systems.
• Experience with P&L tools and Power BI reporting.
