Senior AI Transformation Consultant

About the role

As a Senior AI Transformation Consultant you will act as the bridge between business leaders and AI/technology teams, helping clients define and execute AI‑enabled transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to define business objectives, success metrics and transformation outcomes.
• Facilitate alignment across business, product, technology and operations teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Identify high‑value AI adoption opportunities, workflow modernization and process optimization.
• Conduct discovery sessions, analyze business processes and translate challenges into actionable solution recommendations.
• Support the design of AI‑enabled solutions in close collaboration with engineering, architecture and subject‑matter experts.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption strategies and change‑management activities throughout the transformation.
• Provide customer insights and operational feedback to shape product roadmaps and continuous improvement.
• Develop executive‑ready presentations, business cases and progress updates for client stakeholders.
• Establish trusted relationships with business leaders and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business or digital transformation, product strategy, business analysis or operational excellence.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives involving business, technology and operational stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement, workflow optimization and organizational transformation.
• Ability to translate business challenges into structured requirements, actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of AI, intelligent automation and emerging technology trends.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and levels.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication and consulting skills.
• Experience conducting workshops, discovery sessions and requirements‑gathering activities.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problems and driving alignment among diverse groups.
• Experience working in agile, fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; business, technology, engineering, economics or related disciplines preferred.
