Senior Analyst – Advanced Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join WPP Media’s Digital team in Colombia. The role focuses on advanced analytics, data standardisation, and automation to support decision‑making across media investments.

Key responsibilities

• Apply AI tools and techniques to standardise data and support analytics.
• Design, build and maintain scalable database structures using SQL Server and Azure Data Tools.
• Lead process‑automation initiatives, creating workflows and ETL pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights and oversee automated report generation.
• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects, coordinating technical activities and resolving complex issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data management, database design and large‑scale data processing.
• Strong leadership and project coordination abilities, with a track record of guiding technical work.
• Demonstrated capacity for continuous learning, innovation and rapid adaptation to new technologies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, precise results.
