Senior Analyst – Data‑Driven Insights for OTT Subscriptions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to drive data‑focused decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for a leading OTT streaming service. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Finance, Marketing and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop analytical and reporting tables in Snowflake to track subscription and promotional performance.
• Produce and maintain monthly financial reports, perform variance analysis and explain anomalies.
• Create and update Tableau (or PowerBI) dashboards that surface key metrics for stakeholders.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and the impact of promotions.
• Model discount strategies, analyze subscriber retention and LTV to support revenue management.
• Ensure data accuracy through quality‑control processes and resolve data anomalies.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests from Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Product and other teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience owning independent analytical projects at a senior level.
• Strong business‑level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical outputs into executive‑level insights and ROI narratives.

Required skills

• Daily proficiency in SQL (including CTEs, window functions, date & time functions).
• Experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
• Advanced Tableau (or PowerBI) dashboard development.
• Strong Excel and Python skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for workflow efficiency.
