Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Mastercard is expanding its Finance Business Center into Bogota and is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role supports the financial close process, annual budgeting, and forecasting for the North America region while providing insightful commentary to business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the financial close process through variance analysis against budget, forecasts, prior‑year actuals, key business drivers and initiatives.
• Review and deliver business‑driven commentary to respective management teams.
• Assist in the development of the annual plan, budget and forecast for the scheduled cycle.
• Ensure accurate data upload into Hyperion budgeting tools.
• Manage and execute corporate reporting and planning requirements for the NAM region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Experience supporting financial close processes and corporate reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business teams and provide decision‑support insights.
