Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Mastercard is expanding its Finance & Planning team in Bogota. The Senior Analyst will support the financial close process, budgeting, forecasting and strategic reporting for the LAC region. You will work closely with business partners to provide insights that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze variances against budget, forecasts and prior year actuals, and provide business‑driven commentary.
• Support the development and upload of the annual plan, budget and forecast using Hyperion.
• Maintain and enhance standardized financial reporting packages, KPIs and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Provide financial analytics and insights for Mastercard strategic plans and track performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improve financial tools and processes.

Required profile

• Post‑graduation degree in Finance, CPA or MBA Finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Fluent English speaker with strong strategic thinking.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a team setting.
