Senior Android Developer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking experienced Android developers to join its multicultural, globally distributed development team. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from mobile applications to web‑based solutions, delivering high‑quality experiences for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with diverse, remote teams.
• Resolve technically challenging issues and ensure high code quality and maintainability.
• Guide the architecture of large‑scale features that impact multiple parts of the product.
• Identify blockers, raise concerns, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Research and introduce new technologies to improve applications and development pipelines.

Required profile

• 6+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Android development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Android development (Java/Kotlin).
• Solid knowledge of design and architecture patterns.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
