Senior Architect

About the role

Pond & Company is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the development of architectural projects that comply with United States codes, regulations, and standards. The role involves creating design documentation, selecting materials, and guiding junior team members while working on residential, hospitality, and industrial projects across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and bid packages following company templates and US code requirements.
• Select materials and develop construction details that clearly convey design intent and construction methods.
• Participate in all design phases, from concept through construction documentation.
• Assist in proposal and bid preparation.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level architects and support their professional development.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture and a valid architectural license or registration.
• More than 10 years of experience on projects subject to United States codes, regulations, and standards.
• Proven experience preparing designs, drawings, and bid packages in compliance with design guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of residential, hospitality, and industrial project types.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
