Senior Associate, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Data Analytics & Business Intelligence within the Global Operations Centre, you will design, build and maintain cloud‑based data solutions that support media performance reporting and data quality compliance for a multinational client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure).
• Collaborate with engineers, developers and UX designers to deliver client reporting projects from design through deployment.
• Define reporting and visualization requirements with BI teams and ensure data quality across workspaces.
• Onboard new client teams to cloud solutions and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Automate QA processes, create tools and best‑practice documentation, and act as a subject‑matter expert on data quality and BI tools.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of professional experience, including 2‑3 years in data governance, warehousing and BI environments.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and data‑engineering tools such as Databricks.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and project‑management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
