Senior Auditor - Remote

About the role

BairesDev, a technology recruitment firm with more than 15 years of experience and a team of 4,000+ remote professionals, is hiring a Senior Auditor. The role ensures the quality, consistency and reliability of recruitment audits, handles complex and high-impact cases, reviews and guides junior auditors and helps align evaluation criteria across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex, sensitive and high-impact audits.
• Supervise and review Junior Auditors' evaluations.
• Lead calibration calls and standardize criteria across the audit team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
• Proven experience auditing complex, high-impact roles such as senior profiles, closers and specialized positions.
• Experience supervising and calibrating Junior Auditors.
• Nice to have: experience in Talent Acquisition, high-volume recruitment processes, data analysis and SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
