About the role
Join a small, lean engineering team building backend services that power AI‑driven document drafting and analysis workflows. You will work closely with product and data teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate with relational (MySQL) and document (MongoDB) databases.
- Develop async/event‑driven components and APIs, including gRPC/protobuf where needed.
- Collaborate with AWS micro‑services architecture (ECS, RDS) and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.
Required profile
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong Python expertise and production experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) and ability to work remotely.
