Senior Clinical Project Manager – General Medicine

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager (or Clinical Project Manager II) to lead General Medicine clinical studies. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while keeping the patient at the centre of every decision.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project performance toward contracted deliverables, ensuring operational excellence.
• Own the customer relationship and act as the primary liaison between the client and internal experts.
• Develop and execute data‑driven project strategies, managing scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate financial, project, and quality risks using risk‑management and quality‑by‑design principles.
• Maintain project governance, issue escalation pathways, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee project budgets, forecast revenue, and manage change orders.
• Lead high‑performing, multicultural teams, fostering clear communication and accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of global project management experience, with proven experience in General Medicine.
• Strong ability to manage complex, multi‑site clinical trials.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and guiding project teams.
