About the role

WITHIN is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to shape digital narratives for its clients. The role blends ideation, design, and production, leveraging AI tools to deliver high‑impact content that drives brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Craft performance‑focused content from concept to delivery, aligning visual identity with KPI‑driven goals.
• Lead multifaceted ideation, planning, production, editing, and copywriting within a lean, fast‑paced environment.
• Monitor digital trends and adapt emerging social insights into brand‑relevant content.
• Oversee detailed post‑production, including video editing, image retouching, and quality assurance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring tight schedules and iterative feedback loops.
• Direct AI‑assisted creative projects, providing feedback and establishing repeatable, high‑quality workflows.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience creating paid and organic social content with a strong digital ad portfolio.
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal stakeholder interaction.

Required skills

• Figma proficiency.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools such as Higgsfield, Figma Weave, FAL.AI, Replicate.
• Technical knowledge of photo retouching, compositing, and on‑set art direction (nice‑to‑have).
