Senior Cybersecurity & Identity Assurance Analyst

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity & Identity Assurance Analyst to manage and support its directory services infrastructure. The role is part of the IAM delivery team and focuses on ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage Active Directory and Entra ID environments, including Group Policy implementation.
• Monitor system availability, capacity, and performance; handle logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Plan and execute upgrade and patching projects in collaboration with local and offshore teams.
• Develop automation scripts to improve end‑user experience and operational efficiency.
• Provide second‑ and third‑level support, on‑call rotation, and root‑cause analysis for directory service incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of IT security or Identity & Access Management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive approach to system maintenance.
• Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure cloud services.
