Senior Data Analyst (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

CI&T is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join its global team and help Colombian clients turn data into actionable business impact. This fully remote position combines strategic analysis with hands‑on implementation, supporting the entire lifecycle of data products from concept to optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data analyses to support business and digital product growth.
• Generate actionable insights through data visualization and reporting.
• Profile data sources, relationships, patterns, and trends to improve business understanding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear, specific data requirements and presentation formats.
• Develop a deep understanding of business workflows and identify relevant data entities.
• Validate analytical outputs with end‑users and iterate for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level or higher).
• Proven experience working with international clients.
• Strong analytical mindset and product‑oriented thinking.
• Experience with value‑based prioritization and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
