About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst at Factored, you will transform complex, multi-source datasets into strategic insights that drive decision‑making for global organizations. You will design analytical frameworks, build models, and shape metrics that guide product direction, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into structured datasets for analysis.
• Perform thorough data analysis using statistical techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and trends.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and visualizations to present findings clearly.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop data‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience applying statistical analysis methods.
• Experience consuming datasets from APIs, ETL processes, databases, or web scraping.

• Tableau (4+ years of experience).
