Senior Delivery Manager (LATAM Retail SaaS)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS company looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead our retail and supply‑chain portfolio across LATAM. This independent‑contractor position will involve managing customer adoption, satisfaction, and long‑term value while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of retail accounts, conduct regular check‑ins, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
• Monitor product usage to identify risks and growth opportunities, ensuring renewal and expansion.
• Apply retail expertise (inventory planning, demand forecasting, pricing, promotions) in customer conversations and translate software insights into actionable decisions.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, partnering with Sales and Account teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data to solve problems and feed customer feedback into product improvements.
• Maintain clean records in HubSpot and provide regular updates on customer health, risks, and key metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management at a SaaS company, focused on retail customers.
• Hands‑on retail operations experience (inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, pricing, or promotions).
• Bachelor’s degree required (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Native‑level Spanish and fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid Excel skills (SQL a plus).
