Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist to join its Global Business Service Center, supporting the Center for Inclusive Growth and ESG Marketing. The role focuses on website and content management across digital properties, ensuring security, quality, and alignment with brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization’s website, handling troubleshooting and security breaches.
• Collaborate with designers, writers and the online marketing team to develop and publish content, conduct content audits and improve user experience.
• Perform onsite SEO, manage web traffic growth strategies, track KPIs and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Handle GDPR requests, manage email accounts, and assist with promotional material distribution via Pardot and social media.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and capacity to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
• Self‑motivated with a sense of urgency and ability to work cross‑functionally.
