Senior Director, Global Services Finance Solutions, Deployment and Integration Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Director, Global Services Finance Solutions, Deployment and Integration Lead. The leader directs and coordinates the execution of Global Services finance function strategies and acts as the Global Services Solutions, Deployment and Integration Lead for all transformation. Working closely with senior management, the role is accountable for delivering the enterprise finance transformation program with excellence and improving efficiency, effectiveness and the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance stakeholders across the three-tier model and the enterprise finance transformation program to develop solutions and lead deployment activities.
• Shape solutions across multiple functions and deploy other Global Services initiatives that drive efficiencies.
• Work with the PM organization to ensure strong project plans and apply best-in-class tools with GS PM and FS&T PM.
• Develop communication and change management plans with change partners and track value creation across projects.
• Lead deployment teams in all four regions and build a pipeline of global and diverse leaders.
• Benchmark capabilities, processes and tools against internal and external peer groups.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree; an advanced degree in business or organizational management is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of people management experience.
• Experience leading large transformation programs, change initiatives and global projects, and managing matrixed teams.
• Change management experience and ability to forecast and track value creation.
• Up to approximately 25% domestic and international travel may be required.

• Program management and financial analysis, forecasting and reporting.
• Financial risk management (FRM), compliance policies and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Risk management, expense controls, vendor management and root cause analysis.
• Executive presentation skills and analytical skills in risk-based oversight programs.
