Senior Finance Business Partner Analyst (Services)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to act as a Finance Business Partner for its Services segment. The role supports the U.S. Customer Planning function and collaborates with multiple customer account teams across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the Services business.
• Develop and execute strategic and customer planning initiatives.
• Deliver corporate reporting and planning requirements on schedule.
• Provide FP&A expertise by compiling metrics, identifying trends and communicating insights.
• Support bottom‑up budget and forecast processes, including standard and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Maintain key performance indicators and deliver decision‑support analysis for finance and business leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within a large organization.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional finance and business teams.
• Senior‑level analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
