Senior Fullstack Engineer (.NET / React) - Hybrid in Bogotá

About the role

CBTW, a global tech solutions company, is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer in Bogotá on a hybrid basis. As a FullStack Developer (.NET / React), you will design, develop and maintain scalable web applications, working across backend and frontend technologies. You will collaborate with international engineering teams and contribute to cloud-based architectures and AI-driven development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and React
• Build scalable backend services, APIs and frontend components
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React
• Integrate frontend and backend systems for seamless application experiences
• Work with cloud technologies to build, deploy and maintain scalable solutions
• Leverage AI-driven tools to improve software development and productivity
• Take part in code reviews, testing, debugging and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, security and maintainability

Required profile

• Strong professional experience with C#.NET and ASP.NET Core
• Solid experience developing frontend applications with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and backend integrations
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-based architectures
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Understanding of software development best practices, design patterns and clean code
• Ability to collaborate with distributed international teams in Agile environments
