Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – React & Python

About the role

Devlane is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join a small, lean engineering team and own the end‑to‑end user experience of its platform, focusing heavily on frontend development while also contributing to backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, data‑heavy views, real‑time chat interfaces, and interactive document‑collaboration surfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain Python FastAPI micro‑services that power AI‑driven document workflows.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to drive features from UI concepts to production‑ready backend integrations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in modern frontend development using React.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work independently in a remote, fully distributed environment.

Required skills

• React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit (or equivalent), WebSockets for real‑time UIs.
• Component libraries such as Ant Design or Tailwind CSS.
• Python, FastAPI, MySQL, MongoDB.
• AWS services (ECS, RDS) and basic cloud infrastructure concepts.
