Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, integrate, support and optimise contact‑center solutions on the Genesys Cloud CX platform. The role works closely with our Spanish team during Spain business hours and requires fluency in both Spanish and English. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including interaction flows, routing, and outbound dialing.
• Configure and optimise Genesys Cloud Architect components such as IVR, ACD, queues, bots and omnichannel interactions.
• Develop integrations with external systems using Genesys Cloud Platform APIs, webhooks and Data Actions.
• Implement conversational automation with Dialog Engine Bot Flows and Bot Connector integrations.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for incidents and service requests.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience designing and maintaining Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Fluent English (B2+) and Spanish (C1+).
• Hands‑on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect and Platform APIs.
• Experience configuring outbound dialing campaigns and quality management.
