Senior Google Ads Manager

About the role

WITHIN is seeking a hands‑on Senior Google Ads Manager to lead strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You will stay close to the platform while guiding teams on campaign structure, bidding, measurement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Google Ads strategy and directly manage Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Oversee performance across several client accounts, linking campaign decisions to business goals.
• Guide value‑based bidding, enhanced conversions and conversion data, and resolve measurement gaps.
• Develop testing plans, investigate performance changes and make data‑backed recommendations.
• Coach teammates, review their work and establish effective ways of working across accounts.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience across multiple clients, preferably in an agency.
• Proven track record of improving client outcomes and explaining decisions.
• Experience teaching or mentoring while still managing accounts.
• Strong judgment, client communication and ability to prioritize a varied portfolio.
