Senior Programmatic Strategist

About the role

WITHIN is seeking a hands‑on Senior Programmatic Strategist to manage a key client’s programmatic and digital commerce initiatives. Reporting to the Programmatic Manager, you will own day‑to‑day execution in The Trade Desk and other demand‑side platforms, monitor performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage and optimise programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and additional DSPs.
• Translate campaign objectives into audience, inventory, budget, bidding and measurement decisions in partnership with the Programmatic Manager.
• Monitor pacing, delivery and performance, investigate issues and implement timely optimisations.
• Apply quality checks to campaign setup, tracking and reporting before and after launch.
• Analyse results, develop tests and communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and the client team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience running programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and at least one other DSP.
• Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, optimise and report on live campaigns with limited platform training.
• Strong understanding of programmatic buying, pacing, audience targeting, bidding and performance measurement.
• Experience managing client‑account details and priorities in a fast‑moving team environment.
• Clear communication skills and sound judgment when explaining performance and next steps.
• Availability to work onsite at the WITHIN LATAM office in Bogota.
