Senior Graphic Designer (Brand & Performance Creative)

About the role

An early-stage beauty and personal care brand, built by experienced consumer-goods operators, is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer remotely in Latin America. The designer brings the brand to life across paid ads, email, social and digital touchpoints, turning brand guidelines into ad variations, email layouts and social visuals quickly without losing a premium look. The role reports to the Growth Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-volume ad assets (static, carousels, text overlays, story formats) for Meta, TikTok and Google
• Produce quick variations of winning concepts, adjusting hooks, colour, hierarchy and calls to action based on performance data
• Design responsive, modular email templates and SMS graphics with the Lifecycle/CRM Marketer, ensuring mobile rendering
• Keep typography, colour and product representation consistent across all digital touchpoints
• Maintain an organised cloud-based design library and use AI tools such as Midjourney and Photoshop Generative Fill to speed up production

Required profile

• Portfolio of consumer, DTC, beauty, personal care or wellness work across paid social, email and brand marketing
• Direct experience designing for conversion, understanding how typography, layout and visual hooks affect CTR and ROAS
• Professional working English and availability during U.S. Eastern business hours
• Able to deliver high volume on tight turnarounds; basic motion design, GIF creation or short-form video editing is a major advantage

• Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva (expert proficiency)
• Preferred: Midjourney, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
