Senior IT Auditor

About the role

Zurich Group Audit is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to join its Bogotá team. You will work across audit planning, risk assessment, data‑driven testing and reporting, leveraging new‑world technologies such as Data Analytics and GenAI.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality IT audits on time, using Data Analytics and GenAI to assess IT fundamentals.
• Draft insightful issue summaries and reports that influence stakeholders.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with audit stakeholders.
• Promote a learning culture by continuously developing data, IT and GenAI skills.
• Collaborate with audit teams at all levels to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity and compliance.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in IT.
• Minimum 4 + years experience in IT audit, IT risk management or IT management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of IT audit methodologies, internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced English proficiency and good project‑management skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and applying new‑world audit approaches.
